Raw Appeal

Stark and simple to the eye, the palpable raw feel of the place has been toned down with a feather motif strewn irregularly over the bricks. Space, being a paramount concern in the design, is not wasted, with the deep fryer tucked right at the back – leaving oodles of space to showcase their range of products.

A transparent dough bar that allows patrons to view the chef in action has also been put in place – adding to the sense of raw appeal. With its design elements and clever use of space, dough culture juxtaposes the past and present and proffers modern Chinese snacks in a wholly unassuming way.
