As a service-oriented company, we have set aside a special team, our E-Care Department, dedicated to dealing with before and after-sales service. This department strives to put the customer first and accordingly, this involves taking the time to gather valuable feedback from our customers in an effort to further improve ourselves.
Aiding this department is a website that allows us to access our customers’ responses quickly and as a result, react to their comments swiftly and efficiently. Through this, we have been able to keep in tune with the needs and wants of today’s customer.
Technical know-how is also the hallmark of a good interior design firm. Going one step further, we also handle technical support pertaining to renovation issues that involve authorities such as HDB, BCA, Town Council or Commercial Management, etc. – all on our clients’ behalf.
Keeping all bases covered, we constantly review our services throughout the year to refine our competencies and go above and beyond the excellent service foundation that our E-Care Department provides. We strongly believe that it is important to consistently produce good, quality service for our customers, in accordance to our company’s mission.
